2 Corinthians 1:3,4 gives us the assurance that "the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies" is "the God of all comfort" and he "comforts us in all our trials." James 5:11; God "is very tender in affection ["very compassionate"] and merciful." Always remember God loves you and he cares for you!

I am so sorry for your loss. May the God of all Comfort soothe your hearts as you go through this grievous time. Our loving Heavenly Father has promise to wipe tears from your eyes and death will be no more (Rev 21:3,4). Yes, all those sleeping in the graves will hear his voice and come out (John 5:28,29). Until that wonderful time, may your precious memories of your mother, grandmother, and great grandmother bring a smile to your face.

May the knowledge of all the lives Mrs. Dacons touched and all the good she's done in the world bring you some comfort at this difficult time. I met her when she and my mother (at age 90) were reunited in 2013 at a high school reunion.
It was evident what a special lady she was. Contributions to Bennett College is a most fitting way to remember her.

I was privileged to have Mrs. Dacons as my 7th grade teacher at Monticello Elementary in the late 1960s. I never forgot what a lady she was. She always expected her students to do their best, and modeled this behavior in her own life. I lost contact with Mrs. Dacons until Feb of 2013, when she called me upon seeing the obituary of my father in the local paper. I will never forget that phone call. Such a sweet lady. I'm so thankful for the influence that she had on my life. May God bless her family.
