Marquise was special to me and my husband. He was the boyfriend to our granddaughter Kimberlee. We thought of him like a son. We enjoyed holidays, birthdays and just hanging out with him. He had the most beautiful smile you could ever see. And always quick with it. A personality unmatched. And could be called nothing else but a southern gentleman. He left us to soon and will be missed more than words can express. Our love and prayers go out to all his family and loved ones. Fly high young man fly high.

Marquise became a part of my family when he met Kimberlee, we have been blessed to have had him for a while. He was the funniest, most happy, smiley, kind, caring, and just an all amazing young man. I feel like I just lost my son-in-law, we are praying for the family and my baby girl Kimberlee, we love you all, we are here if you need us.

I had the privilege of coaching Marquise. He was a great kid, always looking to make you smile and laugh. Even when I was frustrated he was cracking jokes. He was a leader and so kind. Whether people knew him well or not, he made a positive impression on everyone. He is so greatly missed.
